Replacement KPAK Ultrafiltration Membranes

Membracon offer standard replacement KPAK ultrafiltration membranes for existing UF systems.

Our UF membranes are directly compatible with the same surface area, overall size and connection ports.

Membracon hold stocks of the equivalent KPAK 8638 M-183-LPP at our factory in the UK.

Replacement parts for these membranes are also available, along with service agreements for any existing UF system.

Prices are available on request.

Contact Membracon at info@membracon.co.uk for more details.

FEG Plus – Tubular Ultrafiltration Membranes

Membracon offer standard replacement FEG PLUS ultrafiltration membranes for new and existing UF systems.

The FEG PLUS, Ultrafiltration, model 10-HFP-276-PVI is a 1” diameter UF membrane and a direct replacement for existing ultrafiltration systems.

It has a wide pH and temperature range and can handle high suspended solids without clogging.

The membranes have a high throughput and are easy to clean, with applications in oily wastewater treatment and metal finishing separations.

Membranes are available from stock, depending upon quantities.

Replacement connection parts are also available, along with full installation and service agreements.

Prices are available on request.

Ultrafiltration Spiral Membranes

Membracon spiral membrane elements are ideal for most concentration or clarification applications, their construction suits a broad range of chemical, temperature and pressure applications.

The spiral membrane design allows higher membrane areas within a given envelope than other current arrangements. They are energy efficient, compact and economical to install, allowing maximum operating flexibility for most filtration processes.

The spiral wound elements and housings, offered are available in 1.8″, 2.5″, 4″, 6″ and 8″ diameters, all in industry standard lengths.

Ultrafiltration Ceramic Membranes

Ceramic membranes are able to provide filtration at high flows, whilst minimising membrane fouling.

Furthermore, they have the ability to be regenerated via a much wider range of chemicals, and chemical cleaning conditions than more conventional spiral and hollow fibre membranes.

These membranes are able to resist a variety of solvents, oxidisers and other chemical products across the whole pH range and at temperatures up to 100°C.

Because of their material and configurations, they can filter fluids with high concentration of oil, suspended solids and high viscosity.

As a result, the membranes are suitable for filtration of any kind of water, liquid wastes, leachate, within the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and food industries. In general, any type of industrial filtration.

Our ceramic membranes are of a high quality and long operating lifetime. Resistant to difficult fluids, and able to operate in a wide range of process conditions.

Ultrafiltration Flexoperm Systems

Membracon’s revolutionary arrangement of the housing and pipework makes the Flexoperm® Ultrafiltration (UF) system more compact than any other UF system for electrocoat paints.

It’s more convenient for the operator, membrane element replacement is much easier, the element is easily lifted off at a convenient height so reducing headroom or the need for a hoist.

Clean-in-place (CIP) systems, available as an optional extra, allow routine maintenance procedures to be carried out during normal production hours.

Complete spares, replacement and service agreements are available.

Ultrafiltration Standard PVC Systems

Membracon design and build standard PVC Ultrafiltration (UF) systems to suit all  electrocoat paint applications.

These systems offer the client a UF membrane that is encased in a PVC outer shell so the membrane and housing are removed as one.

This can save time with a minimal amount of connections and the entire membrane & housing is discarded after use.

Clean-in-place (CIP) systems, available as an optional extra, allow routine maintenance procedures to be carried out during normal production hours.

Complete spares, replacement and service agreements are available
